Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Candidate must have the flexibility to report on-site as needed.

2. Develop, enhance, and conduct training for Budget and finance applications

3. Develop instructional material to teach District's end-user community the use of finance and budget applications

4. Develop Job Aids, Policies, and Procedures

5. Train learners in the appropriate use of financial tasks in on-premise, cloud applications budget and finance systems

6. Oversee and develop all aspects of the training life cycle: develop and implement a training strategy, needs assessment, curriculum design, content development and delivery plan, and success metrics/KPIs

7. Create learning materials, data sets for sandboxes, and other relevant training resources

8. Create and implement strategic communications and change management deliverables including but not limited to slide decks, roadmaps, social media account management, organizational design, workforce analytics and evaluation, and more.
